Yes. We recommend that an authorised decision-maker or account holder be available during the initial onsite consultation. Managed connectivity and hosted voice solutions typically include a 12-month service term due to the infrastructure investment required. Managed IT and cyber security services can be structured on shorter terms. All terms are discussed transparently before any agreement is signed.
